We’ll be holding our next Super Stars Sparring Workshop on Saturday May 26. The best way to test your martial arts technique is through controlled, safe sparring – the ultimate aim is learning how not to get hit! We will work through the principles and techniques of martial arts sparring (as opposed to fighting – there is a difference!) before facing off against one another. All sparring at WestStar is light touch sparring.
