POWERFUL WOMEN: In support of White Ribbon Day and the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against women, WestStar Martial Arts is holding a women’s self defence workshop on Saturday November 22 at the Subiaco PCYC. All proceeds will be donated to White Ribbon Australia.
You CAN defend yourself. Find your POWER at this self defence workshop designed exclusively for women. All members and non-members welcome.
It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done martial arts before, the workshop will be a great experience as you learn realistic, useful self defence skills designed to empower you.
